As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Gut Health Specialist, 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, and Cancer Survivor, Barb is passionate about helping others achieve lasting wellness.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences, Barb has led thousands through transformative group fitness programs and coached hundreds on personalized nutrition and gut health strategies. She takes a bio-individual approach—because your body deserves a custom plan that works for you.

My Journey of Fighting Breast Cancer - My Way

My Breast Cancer Journey: Healing HER2+ Breast Cancer Through Holistic and Alternative Therapies

In May 2024, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Stage 1, Triple Positive, HER2+ breast cancer—a fast-growing and aggressive form of the disease. As a 52-year-old fitness professional committed to health and wellness, the diagnosis felt like a shocking betrayal of everything I had dedicated my life to.

After undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, I made the empowered decision to decline chemotherapy and instead pursue a comprehensive, holistic cancer treatment plan. My approach focused on nutrition, targeted supplements, and natural healing therapies, including:

-High-dose Vitamin C IV therapy

-Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

-Infrared sauna sessions

-Repurposed medications such as Fenbendazole and Ivermectin

-Daily prayer, meditation, and mindset work

I invested countless hours researching every element of my personalized plan, determined to uncover the root cause of my diagnosis rather than mask symptoms with a standard protocol.

Today, I am grateful to report no evidence of disease in both my imaging and blood work. While the journey continues, I’m living proof that true healing is possible through a whole-body approach that supports and restores rather than weakens the body.
