My Story

Welcome to BAM! Fit 4 Life, where Barb Moylan, the creator is dedicated to transforming lives through her extensive experience in the fitness industry spanning over 30 years. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences, she is also a Certified Nutrition Coach, Gut Health Specialist, Personal Trainer, and 200-hour Yoga Instructor and Cancer Survivor.

Throughout her career, She has guided thousands through group fitness and coached hundreds on nutrition and gut health, tailoring every approach to bio-individual needs. Her passion is helping others feel better, look younger, and live without limits. Let’s embark on a journey to a vibrant, active, and healthier you!

My Journey of Fighting Breast Cancer - My Way

In May 2024, my life changed with a diagnosis of Stage 1, Triple Positive, HER2+ breast cancer—an aggressive and life-altering challenge. As a 52-year-old fitness professional, the news felt like a betrayal of everything I had worked for and apply to my own life.

 

After a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, I made the bold decision to forgo chemotherapy. Instead, I embraced alternative therapies, focusing on nutrition, targeted supplementation, and holistic healing tools like high-dose Vitamin C IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared saunas, and repurposed drugs like Fenbendazole and Ivermectin. I also leaned on prayer, meditation, and a strong mindset. I have thoroughly researched all areas of MY treatment plan and I have been determined to get to the ROOT CAUSE of my diagnosis and not just slap a bandaid on it!

 

Today, I am grateful to report no evidence of disease in my imaging and blood work. While my journey is not over, I am living proof that healing can come from repairing the body, not breaking it down. I hope my story inspires you to trust your intuition, explore your options, and believe in your body’s incredible ability to heal and I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
