Welcome to BAM! Fit 4 Life, where Barb Moylan, the founder, and creator is dedicated to transforming lives through her extensive experience in the fitness industry spanning over 30 years. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, Barb is not only well-educated but also a Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Gut Health Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified 200-hour YTT.

Throughout her career, Barb has positively impacted the lives of thousands through group fitness coaching and has provided personalized guidance to hundreds in the realms of nutrition and gut health. Her passion lies in coaching, inspiring, motivating, and supporting individuals through education, recognizing that each person is bio-individual and deserves a tailored approach.
